Confirmed Service Customer
We had issues with our key fobs over the last 18 months never resolved until were told we needed new key fobs. Naturally, the warranty just expired. We explained this to Bill Maloney your Service Manager about our on-going problem and he resolved same. We also sent an email to GM Jason Pappas on 10/25/24 advising him of this issue and thanked him for Maloney's professionalism.
