My experience is usually great for service. 1. I asked for a sticker but did not receive it. I was told that I needed a gas cap for my 2020 Chevy Silverado, which never came with a sticker, and you guys gave me a sticker for all the past years of this truck. 2. You misplaced my truck key. I explained that it was on a hook, but I was dismissed until the service department came to resolve the situation.
