Everyone was great and accommodating. The only thing I would mention and its not a big deal really is that the last 3 times I got an oil change no one has put the sticker on the windshield telling me when to bring it in again. This last time it was after hours when I got there so I couldn't run in to get one and I'll have to come back one day when Im in the area. But overall, everyone has always been great at this dealership. I would highly recommend .

Service team quickly resolved a vehicle control problem related to abnormal tire patter wear. All the the tires were replaced, balanced and they performed an alignment on the vehicle. My ZL1 now performs to expectations and handles beautifully in corners and on tighter turns. Another great job by Copeland���.appreciate this level of quality service on my ZL1.

Treated like family from my greeting when I drove my car in to when my service was completed Everyone wanted me to be happy My front plate was faded and in order to get my sticker I needed to replace it No problem I was told order on line send copy of plate has been ordered and I can have a sticker. Done. And my inspection sticker was pass Problems with air front tire No problem crack in step Replaced. Problem solved Service scheduled started on time and completed on schedule This is why I only take my cats to Copeland

Entering the service bay, I was promptly and professionally greeted. Once at the service desk, I stood there for at least a minute without being acknowledged by either of the two service advisors sitting at the desk. It was not until I spoke up that one of them said I'll be right with you. The ride home while work was being done was greatly appreciated.

I dropped my 2025 Trailblazer off Sept 12 after it broke down at 2am on my way to work due to transmission issues. Copeland could not give me a loaner so they gave me a reservation for Hertz out of Randolph Ma where I was told by Copeland that they would pick me up at my home to collect a vehicle. I called Hertz all day with no answer. Finally I was able to get a ride Hertz where I was informed they had no cars so I had to wait another day to get a car I was already upset with my brand new car having transmission issues than I had to deal with unprofessional people at Hertz. Copeland had my car for a total of 28 days and not once did they call me to give me an update. I had to keep calling them for an update and to extend the rental. Copeland dropped the ball on the extentiion of the rental and my credit card was charged twice. I would not have been as upset with this whole situation if Copeland would have updated me with any news. I shouldn���t have had to deal with hertz rental and having to call Copeland every few days to get an update and to remind them to extend the rental with Hertz. Once my car was finally repaired I had to deal with Hertz and the rude people that worked there. Than they charged my credit card again because Copeland did not extend the rental a third time . By the time I arrived to pick up my car I explode on the wonderful Autum who sold me the car. The communication I received from Copeland on updated was so disappointing
