When I picked my car up after it was repaired, all I was told is there is a $200 deductible you can pay out at the desk. Here are the keys. They did not explain what had to be done. I had to ask questions to get answers on the repairs and why this might of happened. The answer was "I don't know."

Not as good as expected for this service. I had to return back to Copeland to have the alignment rechecked due to a toe in/out condition and steering wheel alignment issue. Derek Damon (Service Manager) was again instrumental in addressing this issue with the Copeland service department - appreciate this outstanding customer service and support on my ZL1 Camaro.

I want to compliment Lisa Turenne for the help she gave me in choosing my new tires when I called for an appointment. She was very helpful and patient with me. She takes time to explain everything so you understand it.She also was there to check me in on the day of my appointment and we discussed the value of an alignment at the time of getting new tires. She was also very accurate about how long it would take. I look forward to getting her help whenever I need service.
